We use information to provide and improve errands, match customers with Runners, process payments, communicate service updates, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed to provide a service. For example, relevant errand and contact details may be shared with an assigned Runner. We may use trusted providers for hosting, payments, communications, maps, image storage, and analytics; they may process information only to provide those services.

Images uploaded for profiles, errands, or support are stored with our image-storage provider. Location data is used only when a feature requires it and your device permission allows it. You can revoke location permission through your device settings.
